Terms of Service

ClipForge is currently in private beta. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

ClipForge turns long-form videos you provide into short clips using automated transcription, AI moment detection, and video rendering. Output quality depends on your source material; we don't guarantee any particular result, virality, or fitness for a purpose.

Your content

You must own the rights to (or have permission for) every video you process. You keep all rights to your videos and the clips we generate from them. We only store and process your content to provide the service, and source videos are automatically deleted 7 days after upload.

Credits & billing

Processing costs credits (1 credit ≈ 1 minute of source video). While ClipForge is in launch preview, credits are granted free — as a trial balance at signup, for referrals, or by us on request — and there is no way to buy them. If paid plans launch, their billing and cancellation terms will be published before any charge is made.

Acceptable use

Don't process content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is intended to deceive (including undisclosed synthetic media of real people). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
