Refund Policy

ClipForge does not currently sell anything. There is no checkout, no subscription and no credit purchase, so there is nothing to refund today. The terms below describe how refunds will work once paid plans launch.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. If ClipForge fails to process your videos due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the affected period.

Credits

Credits consumed by successful processing are non-refundable. Credits charged for runs that failed on our side are automatically not deducted — failed projects never consume credits.

Top-ups

Unused top-up credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request.
